The People Behind
Every Connection.
CDG’s regional and global teams bring deep rail industry knowledge to every transit authority, railroad, and OEM we serve — from the Northeast Corridor to the Pacific Coast and beyond.
One company. Five dedicated territories.
CDG operates through a Global team based at our Cookeville, TN headquarters and four regional teams covering North America end to end. Each territory is staffed by specialists who know the operators, the equipment, and the maintenance schedules in their markets.
Regional structure means faster response, tighter relationships, and applications knowledge that a centralized sales force simply can’t replicate.

Where every program starts.
Our Global team manages OEM relationships, international customer programs, and the cross-regional accounts that span multiple territories.
Global Operations & OEM Programs
The Global team owns CDG’s relationships with GE Transportation, Siemens Mobility, and Alstom, manages multi-region fleet programs, and coordinates engineering support across all territories. Based at our Cookeville, TN headquarters with travel coverage across North America and direct OEM liaison in Europe.
Specialists in their territory.
Four regional teams cover the full North American rail map, each with dedicated account managers, applications engineers, and field support personnel who live and work in the market they serve.
Eastern US Team
Covering the Northeast Corridor and Mid-Atlantic — the highest-density rail market in North America. Our Eastern team supports MTA, NJ Transit, SEPTA, MBTA, MARC, and the region’s Class I freight operators with on-site response times measured in hours, not days.
Southern US Team
From the Gulf Coast to the Appalachian foothills, our Southern team covers one of the fastest-growing transit markets in the country alongside major Class I freight corridors. Key accounts include MARTA, DART, SunRail, and the CSX and NS Southern networks.
Midwest US Team
The Midwest is the hub of North American freight rail, and our team here has the deepest penetration in locomotive traction motor leads of any territory. Transit relationships include Metra, CTA, SORTA, and TriMet, alongside dense coverage of BNSF, UP, and short-line operators throughout the region.
West Coast US Team
The West Coast is the leading edge of North American rail electrification, and our team is positioned to grow with it. Covering BART, Caltrain, Metrolink, Sound Transit, and TriMet, plus freight corridors stretching from the Rockies to the Pacific — with two new territory managers added in Q1 2026 to accelerate regional growth.
Close to the track. Close to you.
CDG’s team model is built around the realities of rail maintenance operations — fast decisions, OEM spec knowledge, and people who know your equipment before the call is placed.
Territory Depth, Not Just Coverage
Our regional directors are not rotating generalists. Most have 10+ years in their specific territory — they know the maintenance managers, the shop floors, and the fleets they support. That continuity translates into faster problem solving and fewer surprises.
Applications Engineering in the Field
Every regional team has dedicated applications engineering support, enabling on-site failure analysis, specification matching, and custom assembly development without routing every technical question back to Cookeville. Solutions close to where the problem is.
Backed by a Single Supply Chain
Regional accountability doesn’t mean fragmented fulfillment. All five teams draw from the same Cookeville manufacturing and stocking operations — consistent lead times, consistent quality, and one point of escalation when things need to move fast.
