Our Teams

The People Behind
Every Connection.

CDG’s regional and global teams bring deep rail industry knowledge to every transit authority, railroad, and OEM we serve — from the Northeast Corridor to the Pacific Coast and beyond.

How We’re Organized

One company. Five dedicated territories.

CDG operates through a Global team based at our Cookeville, TN headquarters and four regional teams covering North America end to end. Each territory is staffed by specialists who know the operators, the equipment, and the maintenance schedules in their markets.

Regional structure means faster response, tighter relationships, and applications knowledge that a centralized sales force simply can’t replicate.

How Our Teams Work

Close to the track. Close to you.

CDG’s team model is built around the realities of rail maintenance operations — fast decisions, OEM spec knowledge, and people who know your equipment before the call is placed.

APPROACH 01

Territory Depth, Not Just Coverage

Our regional directors are not rotating generalists. Most have 10+ years in their specific territory — they know the maintenance managers, the shop floors, and the fleets they support. That continuity translates into faster problem solving and fewer surprises.

APPROACH 02

Applications Engineering in the Field

Every regional team has dedicated applications engineering support, enabling on-site failure analysis, specification matching, and custom assembly development without routing every technical question back to Cookeville. Solutions close to where the problem is.

APPROACH 03

Backed by a Single Supply Chain

Regional accountability doesn’t mean fragmented fulfillment. All five teams draw from the same Cookeville manufacturing and stocking operations — consistent lead times, consistent quality, and one point of escalation when things need to move fast.
